I signed up to be a Fixer, now what?
First, your Fixer account will need to be verified. This can take 3-5 days.
How is my Fixer profile verified?
We will review your LinkedIn profile (make sure it is up to date!), bio, and profile photo. We are looking for SAP consultants with experience who have worked on plenty of projects, and has the skills to be one of our Expert Fixers.
How do I find and apply for requests?
You will receive an email showing that there is a request (within specified module) that you can apply for. Log in to ERPfixers and review the request. If you know the answer or a way to help the Member, you may apply for the request.
How do I know if I have been selected as a Fixer for a request?
The chosen Fixer gets an email that confirms that they have been selected.
How do I talk to a Member to resolve a request?
You can communicate with the Member using the ERPfixers chat functionality to resolve the issue. You can also use the screen sharing tool provided in the chat area, so that you can share screens with the Member.
The Request is resolved, now what?
Once the request is completely resolved, the Member marks the request as fixed and you will then be notified of it.
How much are Fixers paid?
Fixers are paid per the number of credits on every request they have resolved.
When will I get paid?
All requests resolved will be totaled and paid at the end of the month.
How do I receive payment?
Through your PayPal account that is connected to your Fixer dashboard. Make sure you have added your PayPal account before the end of the month so you can receive payment!
